Positive Ways to Deal with Emotions and Stress

1. Write down your thoughts and feelings during the day

2. Learn something new, like how to play an instrument

3. Start up a new hobby like scrap-booking, painting, or joining a book club

4. Take a vacation and relax!

5. Take a long walk or go for a drive

6. Meditate

7. Call an old friend and catch up
