Don't let the cold weather prevent you from getting your daily physical activity. Try these simple, calorie-burning activities that can be done inside your warm home:
  • Vacuuming
  • Brisk walking
  • Ironing clothes
  • Jogging in place
  • Sweeping or dusting
  • Dancing
