More Tips on How to Improve Body Image
1. Think positive! Surround yourself with people and things that make you feel good about yourself.
2. Respect your body.
3. If your having a bad day, list some of your best qualities. Say them out loud to yourself.
4. Take time for yourself. Enjoy a cup of coffee at a cafe or sit in a quiet room and read a book.
