Tips on How to Improve Body Image
1. Exercise to help your body grow stronger, do not stress on exercise to lose weight.
2. Engage in activities that you enjoy!
3. Spend less time in front of mirrors if they make you feel uncomfortable and self-conscious about your body.
4. Take time to do nice things for your body, such as getting a massage, manicure, or facial.
